Strategy

We combine support for youth and elite sport and communities with the responsible conduct of GES group companies. We favour activities with a clear purpose, trustworthy partners and a long-term effect.

The goal is to give part of our success back to society: developing talent, supporting community projects and embedding sustainability principles (ESG) in how every division of the group operates.

The GES FOUNDATION FUND oversees the charitable and support activities of the entire group, including the Prima SVĚT and Prima TALENT projects — ranging from education to social programmes with a measurable impact on the communities where the group operates.

We help where support can change more than a single moment. In 2022, an amount equal to more than 6% of FTV Prima's annual turnover went toward supporting charitable and sustainable projects.

Partnership with Scholarum z.s.

Under the auspices of the GES FOUNDATION FUND and in partnership with Scholarum z.s., online preparatory courses in Czech language and mathematics continue in the 2026/2027 school year, intended for the children of employees of GES group companies. These courses help pupils prepare for entrance exams to secondary schools and eight-year grammar schools. Through this project, the GES FOUNDATION FUND helps not only the children but also their parents get through the demanding entrance-exam period together more easily.
